Position Title:

Senior Business Analyst

Description:

Our client requires a senior level CGA Student or CGA to bring their mortgage accounting skills to a position as Senior Business Analyst who would apply business knowledge and knowledge of the mortgage business to improve working practices between the company and their clients in the banking and insurance industries.

Maintain up to date knowledge of the Mortgage and Mortgage Administration business.

Apply strong GL skills and business accounting practices.

Prepare training programmes for staff for both client and internal staff, and conduct the training.

Liaise with the client and Project Manager at all stages of the project ensuring no surprises and using both formal and informal methods of communication.

Work with the client company, through high and low level procedural workshops, to drive out terms of reference, business requirements and detailed procedures.

Maintain accurate records for time recording purposes

Ensure awareness of deadlines and priorities.

Report on progress and issues in a timely manner. Enhance business and technical knowledge.

Compensation:

$55K - 65K

Position Title:

Operations Manager

Description:

To oversee the efficient operation of a 650,000 s.f. Toronto office complex, including project management, while directing and coordinating activities of staff and the services provided by architects, consultants, contractors and suppliers. Hire and supervise operations, security, and cleaning staff.

Degree in Building Environmental Systems offered through Community College

Stationary Engineer 4th Class Certificate SMA (BOMA)

Description:

A 225,000 s.f. office building in downtown Toronto requires an individual with some experience in commercial building operations to assist the Operations Manager in the operation of the building.

Main Duties:

Respond to tenant concerns regarding heating, cooling, and lighting concerns. Perform preventative maintenance on building mechanical and HVAC equipment. Requires some knowledge of building equipment and a desire to learn.
