In keeping with our partnership philosophy, we structure the fee and guarantee agreements based on the requirements of each assignment. Fees may be a percentage of the candidate's first year total remuneration or a negotiated fixed fee.

Assignments may be undertaken on a contingency or retainer basis. On a contingency basis, a fee is paid only upon the successful hiring of a submitted candidate. On a retainer basis, Associated Recruitment Consultants is retained exclusively to represent the client and fees are paid one-third on acceptance of the assignment, one-third on the candidate accepting the position, and one-third on the start date.

A retainer basis is recommended for searches at Director level and above.
